Dogs require company and are less independent than cats . Also the numbers of stray cats is much larger than the number of stray dogs. This has led to stray cats being fed and neutered in colonies across the island. Sick and injured cats and kittens over bottle feeding age, are cared for in our shelter (within the limits of our capacity).
